Sorry for the last-minute nature of this announcement, but we'd like to invite you to come out tomorrow evening for a very special two-band in-store performance featuring Sic Alps and Wet Hair.
Sic Alps, featuring members of Coachwhips, Yikes, and Cat Power, have a brand new album out on Siltbreeze Records that we will have on sale on Friday, as well as their new singles collection CD.
Wet Hair is from Iowa City and features members of Raccoo-oo-oon.
Wet Hair will play here at 6 PM and Sic Alps will play at 7 PM. We will also have in-store sale prices (to be announced at show time) for patrons of the in-store.
Both bands will be playing again later in the evening at the Turf Club, along with the great local bands Knife World and Birthday Suits.
